Dermaplaning is a mechanical (physical) exfoliation, using a surgical sterile blade held at a 45 degree angle. This helps remove the keratinised (dead) skin cells that build up, clogging your pores. It also removes vellus hair which is also referred to as the peach fuzz. Once the dermaplaning had been performed it will help any products put on the skin after penetrate deeper into the skin, making them more effective. Dermaplaning can be beneficial for all skin types and can improve a variety of concerns.
